Business Post Group PLC has chosen Delta Indigo to implement a CRM platform to
meet the requirements of their sales, service and support departments.
Since flotation in 1993, Business Post has grown strongly through organic
growth to a position where they now have over 5% of the UK express delivery
market. In the UK, they operate through a growing network of over 60 owned and
franchised depots. Internationally, Business Post has alliances with European
partners for road transport to Europe and Federal Express for air transport
anywhere in the world.
Delta Indigo working along side Business Post’s own IT department, will
deliver the customer-facing technology platform, which will initially focus on
improving their Customer Service and Helpdesk departments.
